A proud Colorado native, Josh brings a broad, holistic eye to new opportunities, advising on feasibility, design direction, market positioning, and value engineering for projects ranging from single-lot custom builds to large-scale residential communities. His lifelong connection to Denver and the mountains informs both his market insight and his passion for Colorado’s evolving real estate landscape. Outside of work, he is an active philanthropic supporter of First Descents, Judi’s House, Wounded Warriors, as well as other local organizations.  In his free time, Josh enjoys recreating in the outdoors with his family.  He pursues much of what Colorado has to offer in everything from skiing and mountain biking to hunting and fishing.
